Return Shipping
This page explains how return shipping works for orders fulfilled directly by Nutricity India. The policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Nutricity. Items from other sellers or partners may have separate return conditions.
Change of Mind Returns
You can return eligible items under our Change of Mind Return Policy if:
- The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition with packaging intact.
- The item is not listed under non-returnable categories.

Free Return Shipping & Prepaid Labels
- Nutricity provides prepaid return labels for eligible Change of Mind and faulty returns.
- No return shipping fee will be deducted if return conditions are met.
- Items marked “Free Returns” on the product page are automatically eligible for prepaid return.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include all original packaging, manuals, labels, and unused items.
- Returns may be rejected if products are damaged, opened, or incomplete.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, supplements, health drinks, opened food products, and perishables cannot be returned unless defective or wrong item is received.

Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product is faulty, damaged during transit, or not as described:
- Nutricity will cover 100% of return shipping costs.
- Email us at support@nutricity.in with your order ID and issue details.
- We will either provide a prepaid return label or arrange pickup in eligible service areas.
Self-Shipping Reimbursements
- If return pickup is not available, you may ship the product yourself and request reimbursement up to ₹150 INR.
- For higher costs, please provide a valid receipt to request full reimbursement.
- Contact us within 10 days of self-shipping to initiate a refund claim.
Important Instructions
- Do not return any item without contacting Nutricity support first.
- Always use the return label issued by our support team.
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes quality check.
