This page outlines how return shipping works for orders fulfilled directly by Nutricity India. Third-party seller returns may follow different policies.
Change of Mind Returns
For eligible products returned under our Change of Mind Policy:
- Return shipping is free for all eligible products including unopened supplements, personal care, and wellness items.
- Items must be returned within 10 calendar days of delivery in unused condition with all original packaging, seals, and documents intact.
Prepaid Return Labels
- We provide a prepaid return label for all eligible Change of Mind returns.
- No return shipping cost will be deducted if the product is returned in the required condition.
- Products marked as "Free Returns within 10 Days" on their product page automatically qualify.
Return Window and Requirements
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days from the delivery date.
- Product packaging, labels, and invoice must be intact and included.
- Items that are used, damaged, or missing original parts may not be eligible for return.
Exceptions to Free Return Shipping
- Items listed on our Non-Returnable Items page are not eligible.
- Low-value returns under ₹500 may be eligible for a store credit instead of a refund.
Returns for Damaged, Expired, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect:
- Nutricity will cover 100% of return shipping costs.
Within 10 Days
- Email support@nutricity.in with your order ID and issue details.
- Attach photos showing the problem for faster resolution.
- We’ll issue a prepaid label or organize pickup for eligible products.
Prepaid and Self-Shipping Options
Using Our Prepaid Label
- Free for all approved returns (damaged/incorrect/eligible change of mind).
- Pickup service may be available for select pin codes and heavy items.
Self-Shipping (If Applicable)
- If you ship the return on your own, we will reimburse shipping costs up to ₹150.
- If actual costs are higher, submit the courier invoice to request full reimbursement.
- Claims for return shipping reimbursement must be submitted within 10 days of dispatch.
Important Instructions
- Always contact Nutricity support before sending any item back.
- Include original invoice and return authorization email inside the package.
- Returns sent without confirmation may be rejected.
