How to Return Your Order at a Courier Location

If you're returning an item from Nutricity and a home pickup isn’t available, you can drop off your return at a courier location using a prepaid label or QR code.

Return Methods Provided by Nutricity

When your return is approved, you’ll receive one of the following:

  • A prepaid return label (PDF) to print and attach to your package
  • A digital drop-off code (QR code) to show at the courier counter

Drop-Off Locations Supported

  • Courier Office: Accepts both label and no-label drop-offs
  • Drop Box: Requires a printed label (where available)

Steps to Return Your Package

  1. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a label or QR code via email.
  2. Use the courier’s locator tool (e.g., India Post Locator) to find your nearest courier office or drop box.
  3. Ensure your package meets typical courier size limits:
    • Max Weight: 30 kg
    • Max Size: 120 × 80 × 80 cm

If You Have a Printed Label

  • Print and attach the label securely to your parcel.
  • Drop off at a courier office or designated drop box.
  • Make sure the barcode is clearly visible for scanning.

If You Have a QR Code (No-Label Drop-Off)

  • Show the QR code at the courier counter using your phone.
  • Note: The code becomes active 30 minutes after issue.

What Happens After You Drop It Off

  • Courier Office: You’ll receive a receipt as proof of return.
  • Drop Box: No receipt provided, but tracking begins once scanned by the courier.
  • You’ll receive an email from Nutricity once your return is received and processed.

Having Trouble with Barcodes or Codes?

  • Courier staff can manually enter tracking numbers if scanning fails.
  • If the printed label is unreadable, reprint it before trying again.

Important Reminders

  • Only return the product authorized in your return request.
  • This return method is only valid if you received a label or QR code from Nutricity.
  • If this method wasn’t shown during your return setup, choose another method offered.
  • Always check the business hours of your selected courier location.
